Google Earth Now Available For iPhone

Google has announced the release of Google Earth for the Apple iPhone and iPod touch. According to a post by the Google Earth & Maps Team "With a free download from the iTunes App Store, you can fly through the same 3D immersive world of Google Earth you've come to love, without having to fire up your desktop computer."



With Google Earth for iPhone, you can:
    • Tilt your iPhone to adjust your view to see mountainous terrain
    • View the Panoramio layer and browse the millions of geo-located photos from around the world
    • View geo-located Wikipedia articles
    • Use the 'Location' feature to fly to your current location
    • Search for cities, places and business around the globe with Google Local Search
Google Earth is available in 18 languages and 22 countries in the iTunes App Store.
